This KVKK Disclosure Text ("Disclosure Text”) has been prepared by ("Data Controller”, "AICH-MAKALSAN”) within the framework of the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey, international agreements on human rights to which our country is a party, and primarily the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK”, "Law”), as well as the relevant legislation, in order to inform you about AICH-MAKALSAN’s personal data practices and your rights as a data subject.

 

The processing of your personal data refers to any operation performed on data such as obtaining, recording, storing, preserving, modifying, reorganizing, disclosing, transferring, taking over, making available, or classifying personal data, either fully or partially by automatic means or by non-automatic means provided that it is part of any data recording system.

 

In accordance with KVKK, your Personal Data may only be processed by the Data Controller within the scope described in this text. AICH-MAKALSAN is responsible for determining the purposes and means of processing personal data registered in its database, as well as for establishing and managing the data recording system.

 

Within this scope, the Data Controller shall process your personal data by taking all necessary technical and administrative measures, in compliance with all relevant legislation on the protection of personal data and in accordance with the principles set forth in Article 4 of KVKK:

 

- Processing in compliance with the law and principles of honesty,

 

- Being accurate and, where necessary, up to date,

 

- Processing for specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes,

 

- Being relevant, limited, and proportionate to the purposes for which they are processed,

 

- Retaining for the period required by relevant legislation or for the purpose for which they are processed.

 

 

As the Data Controller, we process the personal data of our members and service recipients through the website, as specified in this Disclosure Text, within the scope of our obligation to inform. The personal data processed in this context are limited to identity data, contact data, financial data obtained to be transmitted to banks for necessary transactions, digital trace data, and order history data.

 

 

Personal data is collected electronically. Personal data collected for the legal reasons stated in this Disclosure Text may be processed and transferred in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the Law and for the purposes specified in this Disclosure Text.

 

 

Your personal data is processed by the Data Controller for purposes such as carrying out the necessary operational activities to provide you with products and services, understanding your needs by getting to know you better in order to recommend products and services suitable to your consumption and purchasing motivations, informing you about our products and services, measuring your satisfaction, improving and diversifying our products and services in line with your requests and needs, conducting necessary quality and standard audits, taking necessary steps for making and implementing commercial decisions, fulfilling legal reporting and other obligations required by legislation, ensuring the legal security of real persons with whom we have a business relationship, and for similar purposes.

 

 

Such data is stored particularly for purposes such as carrying out service procurement processes, contract management, customer satisfaction, performing accounting transactions, and ensuring security. Personal data processed within this scope is deleted or destroyed after the termination of the contract forming the basis of the commercial relationship if there is no legitimate reason for its retention. However, data that may be required to be retained by the Data Controller as evidence in potential commercial disputes is stored by AICH-MAKALSAN for the duration of statutory limitation periods.

 

 

Your personal data may be transferred to our business partners, banks, legally authorized public institutions, and private persons for purposes such as ensuring the legal and commercial security of AICH-MAKALSAN and its business partners, carrying out necessary activities to enable you to benefit from our products and services, fulfilling the requirements of our services, customizing products and services according to preferences, usage habits, and needs, determining and implementing commercial and business strategies, and fulfilling legal obligations.
